Short answer
The first session begins with a conversation: clarifying the request, the situations where the pattern repeats, and your goals. Then comes work in a state of focused attention, during which you can speak and ask questions. It ends with a discussion of what you noticed and how to carry it into daily life.
Key points
- The session is online; you need headphones, a stable connection and a quiet place.
- Much of the beginning is conversation and clarifying the request.
- You are conscious and can stop the process at any moment.
Before
After the application and introduction we agree on a time. Before the session, make sure you won’t be interrupted for an hour or more.
During
First we talk about what is happening. Then I help you enter a focused state — usually calm instructions related to attention and breathing. Then we work with a specific situation you have chosen.
After
We discuss what you noticed and agree on what to pay attention to in the coming days. Integration is as much a part of the work as the session itself.
Questions
No special preparation is needed. It helps to think of two or three specific recent situations where the pattern showed up.
There is no single “correct” experience. Even if the state feels ordinary to you, work with attention is still possible.
